He leads product, partnerships, and the company's Central Coast–first expansion, and spends most weeks somewhere between a keg room and a tasting with the next founding venue.
Brian is Novel's steadying force — an owner and advisor who pressure-tests every deal, partnership, and expansion decision before it ships. He keeps the company honest on strategy and operations, and makes sure the business behind the pour is as sound as the pour itself.
Holden is the architect of the tap list. His craft is translation: taking cocktails people already love and rebuilding them, flavor by flavor, on a fermented base at full strength. Every note you taste in a Novel pour — the smoke, the ginger heat, the bitter whisper — got there through his bench.
